Artist Statement:A treasured quote I hold dear is by one of my favorite authors Eckhart Tolle, he says “To love is to recognize yourself in another.” Over the past 2 years of being a creative and sharing my journey and work with others, I have watched countless persons connect with a piece on a personal level in ways they often can’t describe. There is a pull, an energetic flow that captivates people. To be inspired through my experience as a human, and to transform those experiences and emotions into art that others connect with, to me is the greatest payment I will ever receive as an artist. Expressing self through art is a love language I am grateful to be able speak with others.
