There are numerous ways and many levels of commitment where you can support Lancaster’s most visible, longest running, dynamic, and beloved public art exhibits. From May – October, MFE will place anywhere from 12 – 20 fully designed and painted pianos throughout Lancaster city. These pianos provide a wonderful advertising platform for your company or organization. Literally tens of thousands of people will see and hear these pianos through the five month period they are on the streets.

Additionally, proceeds from this public art and music initiative directly support Music For Everyone’s “Annual Instrument Grant Program”. To date, through our generous sponsors, MFE has been able to provide over 12,500 instruments, supporting EVERY school district in Lancaster County.

Full Piano Sponsor – $4,000

Full piano sponsors are exclusive sponsors of a summer piano location. Sponsors can arrange to design and decorate their piano or MFE will make the arrangements on your behalf and create a design that incorporates your logo, colors and brand. In addition to owning one of a limited number of piano locations, Full Piano sponsors also receive integrated brand exposure in through campaign marketing and advertising and through social media and digital channels.

 Full Piano Sponsorship include:

• Piano designed will include your company logo and branding.
  • Option A: Design and Painting can be executed by your company. Music For Everyone will provide the piano
  • Option B: Music For Everyone will coordinate all activities associated with design (focused on your logo and brand), painting, and placement of your piano.
• Your Company Logo with links to company website on both Music For everyone and Keys for the City websites beginning May 20th, 2024 and ending September 31, 2024.
• Multiple mentions with links to your company website on social media and email newsletters throughout the Keys for the City 2024 season
• Inclusion in one page “Keys for the City” Ad in summer edition of FIG Magazine. *Sponsorship must be secured by April 7, 2024.

Half Piano Sponsor – $2,000

Half piano sponsors share a sponsorship of a summer piano location. Two sponsors are partnered together and their piano design will incorporate logos, colors and branding from each partner. Half Piano sponsors also receive integrated brand exposure in through campaign marketing and advertising and through social media and digital channels.

 Half Piano sponsorships will include:

• Shared branding and “ownership” of one of the 2024 piano locations from May-September 2024
• Piano designed will include your company logo and branding shared with another company. *Music For Everyone will coordinate all activities associated with design (focused on inclusion of your logo and brand), painting, and placement of your piano.
• Your Company Logo with links to company website on both Music For everyone and Keys for the City websites beginning May 20th, 2024 and ending September 31, 2024.

For this special 2024 campaign, MFE is offering a number of other ways to participate and contribute to the Keys for the City / Street Piano Capital of the World campaign.

Non-profit Full Piano Sponsorship – $2,500

Align your non-profit, community organization or charitable organization with MFE and this great campaign. Sponsors receive all the exposure and benefits of the full-piano sponsorship at a non-profit discounted rate.

MFE Community Piano Sponsorship – $600

Become one of eight partial sponsors of the MFE Community Piano which resides in Lancaster Square from May-September. Benefits include logo inclusion on the Community Piano, MFE web site and digital channels and through social media posts and e-blasts.

C-Note Sponsorship – $100

Contribute a C-Note and sponsor a C-Note on one of the piano keys. An easy and fun way to be participate in Keys for the City and supporting Lancaster PA as The Street Piano Capital of the World – your name will be listed on the MFE C-Note Piano.

Play a Key Sponsorship (First Fridays) – $250

MFE will assemble a team of volunteers at a piano to encourage passers-by to “Play a Key and (your company) will donate $1 to MFE.” This is a fun, unique, ground level, grass roots advertising opportunity for your brand. Limited to four opportunities during first Friday celebrations (June-September) in downtown Lancaster.
